Don’t forget that the moment that you exchange contracts with the other party during a sale, you are expected to provide proof that you have buildings insurance on the new policy – even though you have not yet got the keys.

We will work alongside you to get you a competitive quote, and also provide a copy of the insurance certificate to your solicitor upon exchange, making sure that you’re correctly covered.
